Some vineyards have successfully combined 300 year old family traditions with proven modern methods and technologies. Along with fine wine you need fine cuisine, and rest assured your tastes buds will be very satisfied at the end of this trip. While travelling between vineyards you will be able to view magnificent scenery and learn about the Acadians and their expulsion from Nova Scotia in 1755. In the evening enjoy live theatre at the Atlantic Theatre Festival in Wolfville.
